TINA MASHAALAHI | in
Tina is a 3x tech founder turned investor with nearly 20 years of experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and investments across SaaS, AI/ML, FinTech, CleanTech, and Energy. After earning her Civil Engineering degree from UCL, she began her career working on large-scale infrastructure projects before founding her first tech startup 17 years ago, scaling a SaaS platform across Europe and emerging markets. She later transitioned to investments, specialising in early and growth-stage technology companies. Tina led the launch and establishment of a single-family office, executing 14 strategic investments. She sits on several boards, serves as Global Managing Director of a $750M AUM US tech fund, and collaborates closely with leading investors and pioneering tech companies to drive capital raising and portfolio expansion across multiple sectors and regions.

ANNIKA MARIA FINER | in
Annika wrote her undergraduate thesis on what was known as “Socially Responsible Investing” – well before the term “ESG” was coined. Following a career at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, Annika co-founded and exited a fintech start up. Annika subsequently advised and invested in several health tech start-ups. She is a member of Alma Angels and the London Business School start-up community advisors.
Passionate about impact investing, she participates in several initiatives on measuring impact in venture capital and private equity.
Annika holds an executive MBA from London Business School and speaks nine languages. She has two young children and actively supports women working in the VC community.
